Team Leader required to join a dynamic global estate agency franchise, whose core functionality is staying ahead of trends in the real estate industry through their comprehensive, industry-leading training curriculum and research resources. 

In this varied role you will manage, motivate and lead a team of agents, so a minimum of 5 years Branch Manager experience is required.


Responsibilities of the Team Leader are:
  • Responsible for the supervision of the estate agents in their respective office
  • Responsible for the supervision of the employees in their respective office
  • Recruit at least 4 to 5 agents a month
  • Review goals of each agent on the team on a quarterly basis
  • Make contact with each agent on the team monthly
  • Conduct weekly sales meetings/trainings
  • Lead a minimum of two trainings per month
  • Increase the gap between company revenue per agent per month and expense per agent per month of the team
  • Increase the company’s market share in the market area
  • Ensure the net growth for the office monthly
  • Manage the operations whilst showing constant improvement in the services and support provided to the agents
  • Provide a good working environment for the Company’s employees and provide opportunity for their growth
  • Maintaining policies and procedures to remain within compliance of local rules and regulations
  • Report recruiting activity to the Operating Principle on a weekly basis
  • Meeting regularly with Operating Partners and Associate Leadership Council
