We are looking for an experienced National Sales Manager to join our team; this is an exciting time for TMP as we continue to grow our team, customer base and product range. As part of this growth we require a National Sales Manager.  The successful applicant will be primarily field based, and will be responsible for ensuring that the sales team meet company sales targets, as well as being responsible for their own portfolio of clients.

Purpose of the National Sales Manager job: 
Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business
Work with sales teams to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns and objectives
Manage the existing sales force to ensure growth budgets are met
Oversee the introduction of new product launches
Raise TMP’s profile within chosen markets
Input in to future strategies

The role of the National Sales Manager involves:
Day to day management of the sales team
Ensuring all sales budgets/targets are met
Set up meetings between clients and key decision makers
Setting of yearly sales budgets
Carry out personal development reviews of all sales staff
Promote new products and services
Enhance existing relationships
Develop an effective relationship will all ATMs to ensure excellent communication
Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM or other sales management system
Contribute to the creation of business systems and procedures and contribute to continuous improvement process
Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends
Working with marketing staff to ensure that product launch as managed effectively or the biggest impact
