A large metalwork engineering company based in Castleford are looking to recruit a site foreman/manager for their grwoing business. They currently employ around 25 staff members working within the factory and now need a foreman/site manager to manage the team going forward whilst the owners of the business move on to a more client focused approach. This is a new position and would suit someone from an engineering background currently in similar role or someone who manages a team but is now looking for their next step. 

You must have :

• 10-15 experience in general sheet metal working roles
• Proven experience in managing production team in a busy environment
• Good understanding of health and safety policy
• Good understanding of ISO9001 quality standards
• Experience of TIG/MIG welding
• CNC brake operation
