We are looking for an experienced Roller Shutter Engineer/Garage Door Installer  to join an aspiring and professional company working out of our West Yorkshire Offices in Heckmondwike.

The Engineer must have some experience within the industry

The role involves:

Undertake Installations, reactive repairs and service a range of Roller Shutters, Garage Doors and Awnings.  There will be a high degree of travel regionally and possibly some nationally. This may include working away from home. We expect you to promote products and work in a professional manner at all times, adhering to all H&S procedures. 

The emphasis of the role is split into these main areas:

To become part of the Service, Repair and Installation Team.

To complete jobs in the time frame allocated.

To submit paperwork following each job.

Key Performance Indicators

Completed Service, Repair & Call Out paperwork is submitted.

The times allocated to Service, Repair & Installation jobs are achieved.

Van stocks are monitored.

The Installation Engineer position will suit a person with Skills:

Self-Motivation and drive to succeed

Proactive problem solver.

Able to work on own initiative

Full Clean UK Driver’s Licence.

All relevant Cards/certificates (must have CSCS card, ideally IPAF and PASMA, Working at Heights, manual handling, asbestos awareness)

17th edition electrical qualification would be an advantage

Salary is £22,500 per annum

Use of company vehicle if required, mobile phone, uniform provided, PPE provided, company pension scheme
