We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join an aspiring and professional a leading letting company based in Wakefield. This is an ideal role for an Office Manager who is highly organised and conscientious.
The role of the Office Manger involves:
- Perform the daily management of the branch.
- Motivating and coaching a team
- Property management,
- Lettings and Sales experience
- Conducting routine visits and creating reports for the landlord.
- Preparing properties for letting.
- Processing all invoices and checking fees and finance.
- Being aware of Health & Safety.
- Ensuring an excellent standard of customer service is provided and upheld.

Hours of work are 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday
The salary is between £18k-£25 dependent on experience.
